Working for an International Financial Services business based in London. You will be reporting into the Head of Financial Control and will work as part of the EMEA team. This role would suit an experienced Qualified Management Accountant looking to get more heavily involved in an EMEA function. You must have prior experience working within an Audit firm - ideally Big Four.
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts within the EMEA region
- Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate management information for key stakeholders
- Preparation and review of Balance sheet reconciliations
- Responsible for the monthly substantiation of the GL and the reconciliation of all balances back to the relevant sub-ledgers or source systems
- Production of variance analysis and analytical reviews (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow)
- Responsible for Year-end reporting and assisting with Audit queries
- Assist Group Tax with the preparation of VAT returns
Key requirements:-
- Experience within Financial Services preferred
- Experience working within an International business
- Qualified Accountant with 2+ years PQE (AUDIT BACKGROUND)
- Experience using Oracle Software
