Description

We are expanding our central compliance team and are looking to appoint an Accounting Generalist with a background in practice. Ideally, you will have experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practice within a general accounting environment.



This role will be responsible for overseeing compliance monitoring and implementation across the breadth of Xeinadin's office network in the UK North region. It offers an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant who is looking to take the next step in their career and make a broader impact within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all offices within the region comply with regulatory compliance policies, processes and industry regulations.

• Partner with to the appropriate RMP to roll out changes to compliance related policies and processes within the regional offices, working with AMPs to ensure successful adoption.

• Monitor compliance continuously, escalate concerns and proactively address non-compliance issues.

• Support the AMPs and RMP with developing and executing action plans based on compliance findings.

• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reporting .

• Contribute to overseeing AML processes within the relevant regional offices, working with the central AML team to ensure compliance with relevant business wide policies and procedures.




Key Requirements

ACA/ ACCA qualified with a background in portfolio management or audit and a wider managerial experience running day-day operations in a busy general practice environment.
