An investment firm is seeking a Principal / Managing Director to source, evaluate, execute, and support investments.
The ideal candidate is an experienced investor with strong analytical capabilities, demonstrated transaction experience, and an established network of professional relationships. This individual should be entrepreneurial, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently driving investment processes.


Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Lead diligence and transaction execution processes.
• Build financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, advisors, and other market participants.
• Support portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Present investment recommendations to senior decision-makers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of buy-side investing experience.
• Experience evaluating and investing in growth-oriented technology businesses.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead investment processes and execute transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage existing relationships with founders, executives, investors, advisors, and other market participants.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated with a high degree of ownership.
