Public Pharma Co | $225K-$270K Base + Bonus + Equity

We're partnering on a highly visible Controller opportunity with a clinical-stage pharma company advancing a product through trials. Strong balance sheet and excellent cash situation.

• Seasoned ex-banker and VC background
• Tenured biotech finance executive, ex-Big 4

Requirements

What you bring (MUST HAVEs):

• 15+ years of combined public/private company experience a must
• Big 4 or Top 7 public accounting background; CPA strongly preferred
• Pharma, biotech, or R& D/clinical trials industry experience a must
• Deep public company exp: SEC reporting, equity accounting, SOX/controls
• Comfort and effectiveness operating in a fully remote environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $225K–$270K
• 25% target bonus
• Excellent equity (new-hire signing grant plus follow on annual grants)
