• On behalf of global financial services industry, manage Software Projects from initiative through closure; • Manage product compliance, regulatory, and ensure product delivery on time; • Manage and produce periodic financial reports and business updates; • Engage stakeholders at a Vice President and Director level globally to communicate project details; • Facilitate workshop, operational forum, and status report meetings with Executive Leadership; • Monitor the project and track to complete on time and send reports to senior Leadership; • Resolve project issues, dependencies, and manage project risk; • Coordinate projects with stakeholders and maintain accountability and responsibility for project deliveries; • Cross-program coordination of dependencies and requirements for the entire program; • Manage Project Intake of requirements and work with Leads and Developers to define detailed requirements; • Utilize web technologies such as HTML5, SOAP, J2EE, Java, Java Frameworks, CSS, and JavaScript to interact with development team and detail requirements and business outcome; • Utilize AWS, Cloud technologies to follow best engineering practices and ensure project infrastructure is maintained properly; • Manage compliance requirements for multiple products and ensure software products are maintained as per Company's compliance; • Prioritize the software requirements and work with team to define details and communicate with Leadership; • Utilize Oracle, Java, C++, C, SQL, Unix, Linux, Jira, Rally to interact with multiple teams and define and update requirements and create technical requirements for multiple projects; • Maintain project metrics that helps team to achieve the goal; and • Coach and mentor team members in our product team to ensure compatibility to software practices and remain consistent across the teams.
What we're looking for:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and at least seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Program/Project Manager, Delivery Team Lead, or related position. Must have at least seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience with each of the following required skills: Engaging with Product Owners and Project Managers to gather requirements and develop controls, functional specifications, and user testing support; Utilizing Scrum and Agile methodology to allocate work to teams and deliver projects; Utilizing Oracle, Java, C++, C, SQL, Unix, Linux, Jira, Rally, Salesforce, Cloud, and AWS to define software requirements for developers; and Utilizing HTML5, SOAP, J2EE, CSS, and JavaScript to detail requirements and business outcomes.
