ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. Youll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, youll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2021 and will be based in the Dallas office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
Records Management supports Banking Supervision by managing supervisory documents and data on behalf of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Staff utilize advanced technology and automation to perform vital records management services for Banking Supervision, the Bank, Regulatory Agencies, Financial Institutions, and the General Public, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all documents.
WHAT YOULL DO:
The intern will partner with the Records Management team to complete Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects that meet Reserve Bank, Department and Unit goals. Daily duties include processing documents into the Departments document management system (DMS), performing quality control procedures, managing electronic mail, and storing supervisory documents and data into the correct document storage locations based on Board and district specific guidelines. The selected intern will also collaborate with the Mergers & Acquisitions team to process and distribute public requests as established by law.
