Job Description

Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a program, ensuring workstreams are aligned, integrated, and executed successfully to achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, governance, and delivery of multiple interconnected projects.
• Manage project interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across workstreams.
• Establish and maintain an integrated program roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive delivery excellence by monitoring milestones, budgets, quality standards, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers to ensure program outcomes are achieved.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional challenges that may impact delivery timelines.
• Provide regular program status updates, reporting, and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure effective change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Promote adherence to project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program execution and delivery outcomes.

Job Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong program and project management expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and business units.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Program Management Professional (PgMP)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master, AgilePM)
