A leading alternative investment manager is seeking an experienced relationship-driven professional to join its Dubai-based client coverage team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for developing and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, and private wealth intermediaries across the GCC region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual currently working within Private Wealth Management, Private Banking, Wealth Advisory, or a related client-facing investment role who is looking to transition into the hedge fund industry and represent a sophisticated alternatives platform.

The role will focus on raising assets, deepening existing client relationships, and educating investors on the firm's hedge fund strategies and investment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, private banks, wealth advisors, and other private wealth channels across the GCC.
• Generate new business opportunities and raise capital across the region.
• Manage the full fundraising cycle from prospecting through to onboarding and relationship management.
• Conduct client meetings, investment presentations, due diligence sessions, and portfolio reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor to investors regarding hedge fund and alternative investment solutions.
• Work closely with investment, product, and investor relations teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective investors and provide regular reporting on business development activity.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Private Banking, Private Wealth Management, Wealth Advisory, Asset Management Distribution, or a related client-facing investment role.
• Existing relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and private wealth investors within the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio construction.
• Demonstrated track record of building and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial focus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Background

• Experience working with alternative investments, hedge funds, private markets, structured products, or multi-asset investment solutions.
• Established network across family offices and private wealth investors in the UAE and broader GCC.
