Have you built a profitable trading track record within a sports betting syndicate? Can you turn market insight into scalable, data-driven strategies and help a team do the same?

We're looking for a Sports Betting Trading Manager with direct sports syndicate experience to lead and develop a team of proprietary traders and quantitative analysts across Tennis, NBA and Football . Based in Dubai, you'll drive P&L and turn trading ideas into statistically validated strategies executed across leading exchanges and sportsbooks.

1. Direct sports betting syndicate experience is essential; an exchange-operator background alone is not suitable.
2. An established network of contacts within the sports betting industry.
3. Hands-on experience managing a sports betting syndicate trading desk.
4. Existing broker relationships and access to betting brokers.
5. The ability to coach junior traders towards disciplined, evidence-based betting decisions.

What You'll Do

1. Lead, mentor and develop proprietary traders and quantitative analysts.
2. Translate trading insights into statistically validated models and scalable strategies.
3. Drive P&L growth across Tennis, NBA and Football markets.
4. Use exchanges for price discovery, strategy execution and hedging.
5. Identify and monetise pricing opportunities across soft sportsbooks.
6. Partner with developers and quants to improve automation and execution.

What We're Looking For

1. Proven success in sports trading or quantitative betting within a sports betting syndicate.
2. A strong understanding of exchange and sportsbook ecosystems from a syndicate trading perspective.
3. Experience managing sports betting traders, analysts or research teams.
4. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to test trading ideas rigorously.
5. A demonstrable track record of generating trading profits.
