We're looking for a Pensions Associate (Operations) to join our Bristol team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of casework. From reviewing and logging casework to liaising with scheme members, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every task is completed with precision and care.
How you'll make an impact
- Reviewing and logging casework promptly, ensuring all information is complete before passing it to the administration team.
- Managing your workload effectively, ensuring all cases are peer-reviewed and meet deadlines.
- Handling data amendments and general correspondence with accuracy.
- Liaising with scheme members via email, letter, or telephone, providing excellent communication and support.
- Preparing member correspondence and contributing to client reports.
- Collaborating with team members and building strong relationships with supporting teams.
- Assisting the administration team and supporting the Team Leader as needed.
About you
- Previous experience in administration (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process, collect, and input data accurately.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
