Corporate Finance Manager

Meraki Talent is leading an executive search for a Corporate Finance Manager to join a highly regarded CA firm in the Central Belt of Scotland.

This is a true 360 Corporate Finance role, offering exposure across the full transaction lifecycle, with a strong focus on sell-side M&A mandates across a national UK client base.

The Opportunity This position sits within an established and growing Corporate Finance team and offers:

• Lead advisory responsibilities across sell-side and buy-side transactions
• Strong exposure to mid-market M&A activity
• Direct interaction with shareholders, founders, and senior stakeholders
• Involvement in deal structuring, negotiations, IM preparation, and completion
• Responsibility for managing and mentoring junior team members
• A clear progression pathway toward Senior Manager and Director

The majority of work is sell-side M&A, acting for entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses across the UK.

The Ideal Candidate:

• CA qualified (or equivalent)
• Currently operating at Manager level in Corporate Finance / TS / Deals
• Strong exposure to M&A transactions
• Comfortable leading client discussions and managing projects
• Commercially aware with ambition to progress
