Business Analyst - Auto-Plausibility

Rate: £500-£575 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role

We're supporting a major banking transformation programme seeking a Business Analyst to help enhance and optimise Auto-Plausibility processes across a key financial crime workstream.

This role will focus on analysing operational outcomes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, and supporting the development of more scalable and effective decisioning processes.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' Business Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services
• 2+ years' experience within Financial Crime, KYC, Fraud, Risk or Compliance environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience analysing operational processes, controls and performance data
• Experience delivering process optimisation, automation or transformation initiatives
• Ability to produce recommendations and drive improvements based on data and stakeholder input
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders to deliver change
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and communication skills
