About the Role

We're supporting a leading transformation consultancy seeking a Managing Director to help drive growth across its Life Sciences practice.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established consulting executive with a strong industry network and a proven track record of developing strategic client relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping growth initiatives, leading major transformation programmes and expanding key client accounts across the Life Sciences sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the growth and development of strategic client accounts within the Life Sciences market.
• Building and strengthening executive-level client relationships.
• Driving new business acquisition and supporting long-term account expansion.
• Overseeing large-scale transformation programmes across multiple business functions.
• Managing commercial performance, profitability and delivery quality.
• Leading and developing high-performing consulting teams.
• Representing the business within the wider Life Sciences community and industry network.

What We're Looking For

• Executive or Partner-level consulting experience.
• Strong background working with Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare organisations.
• Proven success growing major consulting accounts and winning new business.
• Experience leading complex transformation engagements.
• Established industry network and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
