The role will focus on shaping and executing pricing strategy across Personal Lines products, markets and customer segments. You will own complex pricing decisions end to end, from strategic design through to launch, monitoring and optimisation, while balancing growth, profitability and customer value.

You will work closely with senior leadership to lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries and major commercial changes, as well as developing scalable pricing frameworks, methodologies and performance metrics. The role also offers significant influence across the wider business, with the opportunity to act as a thought leader for pricing and raise pricing maturity across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have significant Personal or Commercial Lines pricing, commercial strategy or revenue management experience, with a track record of owning complex pricing decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside experience mentoring or developing others. Experience working autonomously within a smaller setup and an interest in using AI to enhance your work would be highly beneficial.
