Director - Strategic Programme Management | Up to £120k | London

I'm partnered with a leading change and transformation consultancy looking for a Director to join their Strategic Programme Management practice in London.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established Programme Management professional who can lead complex transformation, advise executive stakeholders and help shape new business.

What you'll be doing:
• Lead large, complex transformation programmes and portfolios from strategy through to delivery
• Act as a senior delivery leader across high-impact client engagements
• Diagnose complex programme and portfolio challenges and design practical solutions
• Work closely with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to shape critical decisions
• Lead and develop high-performing consulting and delivery teams
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for further growth
• Shape proposals, bids and new business opportunities
• Contribute to the development of Programme and Portfolio Management capability
• Build external profile through thought leadership and industry engagement

What they're looking for:
• 10+ years' experience across management consulting, advisory or professional services
• Strong Programme Management / Portfolio Management expertise
• Proven experience leading large, complex transformation engagements
• Experience managing teams and owning delivery end-to-end
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of developing client relationships
• Comfortable operating with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to simplify complex problems and develop practical solutions
• Professional accreditation or recognised industry expertise
• Degree required; Master's or relevant professional qualifications advantageous
