Responsibilities As a Treasury Associate, you will:
- Support the Director and Assistant Manager in managing the daily operations of the Group Treasury.
- Analyze daily funding requirements and prepare Note Issuances for banks and trustees.
- Accurately record all treasury transactions, including money market and foreign exchange, into the IT2 Treasury system.
- Assist in managing liquidity, funding, and foreign exchange positions to high professional standards.
- Contribute to the development and streamlining of the group treasury function to align with business growth.
- Support the management and development of banking relationships.
- Provide risk analysis and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in operations or treasury within a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and deliver results against deadlines.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Knowledge of commercial and investment banking products is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience is a plus.
- Monitoring and analyzing funding requirements.
- Preparing and submitting treasury-related documentation.
- Recording and reconciling financial transactions in the IT2 Treasury system.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth treasury operations.
- Engaging with banking partners to maintain and develop relationships.
- Assisting in the implementation of process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Competitive day rate of £200 - £260 per day.
