We have brand new opportunities to join the Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) team at Royal London, the UK's largest mutual life, pensions, and investment company.

We are looking for a newly qualified Actuary to work across BPA deals, providing robust actuarial analysis and ensuring our models and pricing outputs deliver the right outcomes.

About the role

• Take ownership for the running of BPA transaction pricing,

• Produce analysis of pension scheme data and interpret benefits.

• Independently set up, run and troubleshoot suite of actuarial pricing models.

• Analyse more complex scheme benefits and modelling challenges, proposing approaches and clearly communicating areas requiring judgement or escalation.

• Take ownership of your development, proactively building your technical and commercial understanding.

• Look for opportunities to improve pricing processes.

About you

• Newly qualified Actuary with experience in BPA, pensions or other relevant field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the life, pensions, or investment sectors is a plus.
