Key Qualifications:
3+ years of investment banking experience OR 1 year post MBA
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Large-cap M&A transaction experience
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work on complex, high-stakes engagements with discretion and attention to detail
