Job Description



The Global Credit Financing business is seeking a high-performing Associate to partner directly with the COO in driving the strategic, operational, and technology/data agenda for the business. The role will serve as a central point of coordination across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams, helping execute key business priorities and support the efficient management and growth of the platform.



This individual will help drive strategic initiatives, technology transformation, operational improvements, and senior management projects, while also supporting transactions and business development opportunities. The successful candidate will be expected to manage complex cross-functional workstreams, prepare executive-level analyses and materials, drive accountability across stakeholders, and identify scalable solutions that enhance performance.




Key Responsibilities



In this role, you will support execution across analytics/reporting, technology/process improvements, operational matters/improvements, and key business initiatives

• Operational Oversight and Governance - Oversee and manage critical controls related to operational aspects of the business (trustee oversight, collateral documentation reviews, ongoing management of facilities, and portfolio data/analytics). Help identify process gaps and control opportunities; coordinating issue remediation plans and supporting documentation for governance and controls partners


• Strategic and ad-hoc analytics: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business questions (e.g., portfolio themes, key risks, client analysis, operations/governance, trajectory/P&L), translating outputs into concise summaries and recommendations


• Technology Strategy Lead: Partner with Technology, QR, Risk, and Front Office to drive tech initiatives - leading prioritization discussions, designing requirements for new projects, coordinating testing, and ensuring clean transition / post-launch adoption. Serve as SME on all systems/platforms to ensure new and existing facilities can be managed appropriately


• Executive materials, Regulatory management, & governance: Prepare and refine senior-level materials including weekly/monthly business/portfolio updates and materials for regulatory questions/exams


• Transaction management: Work with the structuring, underwriting, and operations teams to help manage facilities -includingoversight ofdraw/distribution requests and management of structural matters/questions and bespoke client requests

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities



The role requires strong analytical skills, executive communication, and the ability to coordinate across teams in a fast-paced markets/financing environment

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related quantitative field


• Experience in Markets, Financing, Credit, or Structured Products


• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


• Familiarity with data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions; coding ability a plus


• Strong written/verbal communication, including executive-level materials


• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; organized and detail-oriented
