Learning & Development Assistant

Learning & Development Assistant
Main Accountabilities:

Learning programmes coordination & delivery
  • Follow up with internal trainers on course outline and training materials
  • Register employees for internal & external learning course
  • Coordinate resources and logistics for learning courses
  • Prepare brochure for learning courses for communication to participants
  • Liaise with internal and external trainers on resources and logistical arrangements
  • Assist in providing support to instructors on logistic matters during training sessions
  • Track and report employee participation rates in learning programmes
  • Assist with post course administration, include conducting post-learning evaluation survey, archiving training materials, training recordings, participation reports.

Record of CPD activities
  • Input CPD activities to support the provision of management information
  • Respond to employee queries relating to CPD activities

E-learning system

Assist with maintenance of internal e-learning systems to monitor participation
  • Assist in designing & uploading courses on internal e-learning system
  • Respond to employee queries relating to internal e-learning system

Professional certifications
  • Provide support on exam registration, annual subscription payment
  • Provide coordination and administrative support in the application of sponsorship program
  • Maintain & update list of sponsorship recipients

Other responsibilities
  • Maintain employee exits and retirement records
  • Update employee master list, CPD activities records
  • Facilitate payments to vendors & archive payment documents

Knowledge
  • Knowledge of L&D operations, program coordination, and learning cycles

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, adjusting tone, clarity, and structure for different employee group

  • Represent the Firm through respectful, consistent, and service-oriented communication
  • Understand L&D's role in building a learning culture, encouraging engagement rather than solely administering training logistics
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Adopt a proactive, solution-focused approach and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in data handling, reporting, and learning compliance documentation

Requirement
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 1-3 years of related work experience required
  • Prior working experience in internal HR services at global professional services firms will be highly advantageous
  • Fluent Vietnamese and English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication at a minimum Business Level
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
  • Vietnamese nationality
