We're currently recruiting a Client Partner, this is a full time permanent role based in Sydney. The salary is $80K + Super. This role focuses on partnering with the client in order to deliver a tailored recruitment solution and maximise fee performance by effectively managing the on-boarding and recruitment process

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and attraction through to offer management, onboarding and post-placement support.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment best practice advice and deliver tailored talent solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, recruitment technology and market insights to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Establish trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing a consultative and customer-focused approach throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure candidate and client compliance requirements are met, maintaining accurate records, managing onboarding activities and supporting governance and reporting obligations.
• Contribute to team and individual performance targets while demonstrating market expertise, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a fast-paced agency, RPO, MSP or internal talent acquisition environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring managers and candidates alike.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to prioritise workloads, think on your feet and manage competing demands with a sense of urgency.
• Strong commercial acumen, a collaborative team-oriented approach and a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Sound knowledge of employment awards, compliance requirements and recruitment systems, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
