Job Description
- Providing operational support to ensure smooth execution of financial processes and transactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitoring regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
- Communicating effectively with Korean-speaking clients and stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
- Conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of operational processes within the banking and financial services industry.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
