As a Client Solutions Associate, you will work closely with global clients to understand their research requirements and connect them with relevant industry professionals and market intelligence. This role combines relationship management, project coordination, research, and business development.

Your New Role

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
• Understand client research objectives and identify suitable industry experts
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and networking channels to engage senior professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with industry specialists across various sectors
• Coordinate expert consultations and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and experts
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand client engagement
• Develop a strong understanding of industries, market trends, and business models

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with professionals from diverse industries
• Commercially minded, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Fluent oral & written English; additional Asian language skills are advantageous
