Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis based on corporate strategy, employee performance reviews, and individual development goals, designing tailored solutions to enhance workforce capabilities
- Develop and refine the company’s training framework, encompassing programs such as new hire orientation, leadership development, technical skill enhancement, compliance training, and initiatives to strengthen corporate culture
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, leveraging data and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure measurable outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 5 years of experience in HR functions within the financial services or asset management industry, preferably with expertise in recruitment, training, or organizational development.
- Proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems and office software, with familiarity in e-learning tools and platforms being an advantage
