Lead the development, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of the insurance product roadmap to drive strong customer experiences and increase insurance activation across markets.
Prioritize and implement roadmap initiatives, including new features and services, to strengthen customer value propositions, improve engagement, support revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency.
Partner closely with regional and local market teams to align on strategy, promote adoption of new experiences, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with a customer-first mindset.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Digital, Customer Experience, Operations, Product, Technology, and related functions to deliver insurance servicing and claims journeys.
Shape and refine product strategies, value propositions, and playbooks for insurance features and services, ensuring alignment across markets and clear plans to address capability gaps.
Oversee the full insurance product backlog, maintaining transparency, quality, control, and alignment across markets.
Track, analyze, and report on product performance, including digital adoption, customer engagement, claims outcomes, and other key business metrics.
Secure buy-in and support the adoption of the platform as the preferred solution for insurance servicing and claims management.
Work with non-insurance product teams to deliver a seamless and connected customer experience within the app.
Provide leadership, guidance, and strategic input to internal stakeholders and market teams to support successful delivery and business impact.
Ensure all product initiatives are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and financial assumptions.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in product ownership or product management within start-up, technology, or financial services environments.
At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in regional, multinational, or global leadership roles.
At least 7 years of experience in developing and optimizing servicing and claims journeys for B2C solutions.
Strong experience in mobile app product delivery, Agile ways of working, Product Management, and Project Management methodologies such as Scrum.
Solid understanding of financial services, insurance servicing and claims, transformation, project delivery, and commercial success across Asia.
Proven ability to deliver digital products and create customer value in a multinational environment.
Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Ability to work through ambiguity, navigate change, and build alignment across diverse teams.
Commercially minded, execution-focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
