We are seeking a strategic and technically hands-on (Senior) Enterprise Architect to pioneer advanced technology solutions across the AI, digital, data, and cloud architecture domains. Operating across all enterprise domains, you will establish end-to-end architectural strategies and actionable implementation roadmaps.

About the job

• Develop architecture strategies, target technology stacks, and enterprise roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Design end-to-end architecture for data ingestion, preprocessing, and scaled model computation. Set up performance monitoring systems to maintain SLAs and data quality.
• Integrate Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Agentic AI, and MCP protocols into enterprise applications
• Guide project teams, delivery IT, and business partners with design thinking.
• Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI systems in line with enterprise standards and Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• Participate in domain assessments, contribute to architecture building blocks, and align local metrics with Group Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Structure implementation plans that balance risk management, business costs, and value delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• With 10+ years in an architecture role within complex IT environments
• With 2 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying large-scale enterprise AI solutions.
• Practical experience with RAG frameworks, LLM integration, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, and MCP protocols.
• Hands-on knowledge of data ingestion pipelines, MLOps, and model performance/data quality monitoring.
• Experience with AI use cases
• Proven ability to influence solution directions, manage changing priorities, mentor team members, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
