Role Overview
Working in a collaborative team setting and reporting directly to senior leadership, the Relationship Manager will prioritize client engagement and retention. The role requires partnering with external stakeholders—such as real estate firms and referral partners—to expand the customer base. Key performance indicators include building lasting relationships, delivering sound financial recommendations, and guiding junior team members.

Key Skills & Experience

• Build and maintain client relationships while delivering tailored mortgage and financial advice


• Partner with external networks to drive new customer acquisition


• Track market developments and share actionable insights with senior leadership

• Oversee client accounts and deliver specialized counsel on mortgage products


• Engage with referral partners and real estate networks to generate new business opportunities


• Guide and develop junior mortgage specialists through targeted coaching


• Monitor industry trends continuously to optimize product and service delivery

• Diploma or higher in finance, banking, insurance, or a related discipline is preferred


• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the mortgage industry (banking or brokerage background)


• Valid industry qualifications (MPF, General Insurance, and Investment licenses) with up-to-date CPD fulfillment


• In-depth understanding of mortgage solutions alongside general retail banking, insurance, and wealth products


• Self-motivated and collaborative, with a proven ability to work seamlessly across front-line and back-office teams


• Engaging interpersonal style with a demonstrated history of effective networking and client building


• Strong oral communication in Cantonese and English; conversational fluency in Mandarin is a plus
