Your New Role

• Develop and execute sales campaigns and customer offers for new and existing insurance products to drive business growth.
• Manage the end-to-end campaign life cycle, including planning, offer design, implementation, launch, fulfilment and post-campaign review.
• Work closely with Product, Distribution, Operations, IT, Actuarial, Underwriting and Compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
• Coordinate campaign-related business requirements, system setup, testing and operational processes.
• Develop campaign communications, sales materials and supporting tools for frontline and distribution channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer and sales data to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Manage campaign-related enquiries, exceptions and appeals, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve operational or system issues.
• Gather feedback from distribution channels and stakeholders to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience conducting market analysis, customer research, and business case development
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
