Job Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale life insurance marketing and product launch campaigns.
- Scope Management: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics (e.g., Annualized Premium Equivalent, lead conversion rates) in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Timeline Control: Develop detailed project schedules, track milestones, and ensure campaigns launch on time.
- Resource Allocation: Manage campaign budgets, forecast financial needs, and allocate human resources effectively.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate between Marketing, Product Development, Actuarial, Agency/Bancassurance Sales Channels, IT, and Customer Service teams.
- Vendor Management: Oversee external creative agencies, media buyers, and technology vendors to ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
- Senior Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular, high-level status updates, risk assessments, and performance dashboards to executives and steering committees.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (Life Insurance Specific)
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all campaign materials and digital mechanics comply with local insurance authorities (e.g., HKFI, IA, MAS) and data privacy laws (PDPA/GDPR).
- Legal & Risk Approvals: Facilitate the mandatory sign-off process with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management teams before any public launch.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project bottlenecks, system constraints, or market risks early and implement contingency plans.
Digital Transformation & Data Analytics
- MarTech Integration: Customer journey mapping and system integration across CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and insurance core systems.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data during and post-launch to optimize ROI and improve future campaign designs.
- UAT Oversight: Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital campaign pages, quote-and-buy portals, or sales enablement tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 10-15 years of experience gained from the Insurance sector with solid end-to-end exposure of campaign launch and execution
- Solid business analysis and project management experience
- Good knowledge of life insurance products and systems
- Fluent Cantonese and English
- Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Manager
