We are looking for a UAT Test Lead to drive testing for our client’s Relationship Manager (RM) sales platform. You will focus on validating front-office sales workflows and ensuring platform Risk & Compliance (R&C) controls operate seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End UAT: Drive overall UAT planning, test case preparation, defect triage, and sign-off for RM sales platforms.

• RM Sales Journeys: Test front-line RM workflows, including customer onboarding, investment ordering, and sales disclosures.

• Platform R&C: Validate sales process controls, suitability checks, and regulatory compliance embedded in the platform.

• Collaboration: Work closely with RMs, Compliance, Product teams, and IT to align business needs with test scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UAT Lead / QA experience within Retail or Private Banking.

• Strong knowledge of RM workflows, bank selling processes, and sales suitability compliance.

• Baseline understanding of wealth management and investment products.

• Proven track record managing test execution, defects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
