About the Team & Business Line:
We're seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst specializing in the Talent and Learn modules to join our global Financial Application Support Team, reporting to the VP of HR Business Analysis. In this strategic role, you'll bridge technical and business needs, driving Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning initiatives that align with organizational objectives across our global operations. This role will play a key part in supporting and evolving our developing Talent Management framework, including initiatives related to Dynamic Skills, career pathing, job rotation, succession planning, employee development, internal mobility, and enterprise learning.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
• Lead the support, optimization, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession, Talent Review, Oracle Learning, and Dynamic Skills
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the organization's Talent Management framework and related employee development initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable system solutions and technical requirements
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, functional experts, and business leaders to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and support ongoing initiatives
• Evaluate quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, Redwood enhancements, and emerging functionality for strategic fit and business value
• Conduct business impact analysis and provide recommendations aligned with organizational and HR strategy
• Coordinate and contribute to all phases of testing, including test planning, script development, execution, and regression testing
• Perform data analysis, validation, reporting, and visualization to support business decisions and operational needs
• Elicit, design, implement, and support reporting requirements using OTBI and related tools
• Develop and maintain process documentation, system documentation, and process maps
• Support end-user training, system adoption, and stakeholder communication across business units
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on Talent, Learning, Skills, and employee development technology capabilities
Qualifications
About You:
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, Talent Review, Oracle Learning, and Dynamic Skills
• Experience supporting or implementing Dynamic Skills, skills frameworks, competencies, talent profiles, career development, learning administration, or related employee development initiatives strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline is required
• Cloud certifications and experience supporting Oracle Cloud Talent and Learning solutions preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience in testing, reporting, data analysis, and business process optimization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with OTBI and other reporting tools
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint is an asset
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail
