Job responsibility
This is a broad-based Compliance Manager role with ownership of the firm's compliance framework, covering regulatory advisory, licensing, monitoring and testing, AML/CFT and KYC, regulatory filings, policies and controls. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and business stakeholders, while serving as a key contact for regulators and supporting regulatory examinations, audits and governance reporting.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant Compliance and/or Legal experience, including exposure to Private Equity or Asset Management, with strong knowledge of MAS/SFC requirements, AML/CFT, KYC and sanctions. Strong judgement, ownership and stakeholder management skills are essential, particularly the ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic business solutions; interested candidates are invited to apply for a confidential discussion.
