A leading Big 4 professional services firm is looking to appoint a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join its growing Financial Services Transfer Pricing team in London. Working with multinational banks, asset managers, insurers, private equity houses and other financial services organisations, you'll advise clients on complex cross-border pricing arrangements, international tax developments and strategic transfer pricing matters. The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex, multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing engagements while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Working closely with Partners and specialists across tax, economics and international advisory teams, you'll provide commercially focused solutions to clients operating in an increasingly complex global tax environment. Alongside technical advisory work, you'll play a key role in developing the practice through business development, mentoring and helping shape the future growth of the Financial Services Transfer Pricing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex transfer pricing advisory projects for Financial Services clients across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise clients on transfer pricing documentation, value chain analysis, benchmarking studies, tax authority enquiries and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser on strategic transfer pricing matters.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the UK and international network to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage project delivery, including budgets, commercial performance and engagement quality.
• Support clients in responding to evolving international tax developments and regulatory change.
• Drive business development activity through proposals, networking, client presentations and identifying new opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and develop Managers and junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Work closely with Partners to support the continued growth of the Financial Services Transfer Pricing practice.

About You

• ACA, CTA, ACCA, CA or an equivalent professional qualification, or a degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Significant Transfer Pricing experience gained within a professional services or specialist advisory environment.
• Experience leading transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, value chain analyses, APAs and tax authority enquiries.
• Financial Services sector experience, ideally across banking, insurance, asset management or private equity.
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex international engagements.
• Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
• Proven experience developing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
